Bottlecraft North Park is known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gene in particular is a staple in the San Diego beer community. This video series was created to highlight the staff’s expertise and unique personalities, building connection with customers and other local businesses.

These videos were an exercise in pure content creation. They aimed to break up more product-focused, sales-forward social media posts, and increase audience engagement through lighthearted entertainment. Questions were crowdsourced from customers, and the videos were shot and edited by phone for a low-cost, low-risk marketing project.
